Steps to reproduce: (Chrome on Linux)

1. go to a flow talk page with some comments.
2. select some text from the existing comments (make the selection cross the boundaries of a single comment -- it may matter, I haven't isolated it) -- example screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/sE7oIYL.png
3. click "resolve" on the topic
4. attempt to paste into the box. On my browser, only whitespace resulted.
5. (which I "pasted as plaintext" [I think that's from a Chrome extension?], I got the plaintext correctly.)
