Description

When a new user hits the home page, we should probably begin with the assumption that users want courses in their native (browser) language.

How to navigate between languages?

What about the case of a multilingual user--do we display an index of courses in all of their spoken languages? Their "home" languages would be a sticky preference, maybe treated as transient by the UI. Also, do translation courses appear in the directory for both (or more!) languages? Multiproject courses appear in the directory for each wiki project?

Are there other useful ways to change how the directory works? By location?
