Import rights to logged in users on Konkani Wikipedia

Description

Special:Import allows users to import content (templates, articles, etc)
But no active editor has right to access it on Konkani Wikipedia.
Please enable it for all registered users.

Hi @Johnnoronha, thanks a lot for taking the time to report this!

I've sett the project here to Wikimedia-Site-requests as this request is about settings / configuration of a Wikimedia website. For more information about how to request these kinds of changes in the future, please see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes .
I've also reset the priority setting to default as I don't see more urgency here than for other open reports. :) Thanks!

Sorry, but handing out import rights to all users probably isn't going to happen.
