Description

Several Wikidata property list pages are now broken due to scripting errors, mostly "too many wikidata items" errors.
Examples include:

~~https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:List_of_properties/Summary_table~~
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:List_of_properties/Terms
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:List_of_properties/all

I think those should be either deprecated or split or fixed.

Both of those pages are now redirects to https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Wikidata:List_of_properties. I'm going to call that the same as them being deprecated or split, and resolve this task.
