Assuming you are referring to Special:Tags, I don't think they are deprecated. Indeed, see "recent" developments announced at https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-ambassadors/2015-April/001162.html
A crazy idea: Let's put ores score into abuse filter rules (T123178), and let community decide what they want to do with it. For example they can create a filter that tags edits with more 99% (as you can see lots of tags are coming from abuse filters) or block users that doing highly-scored edits with too much of speed or lots of other things people can do with abuse filter and ores scores together :)
Declining this because it isn't well defined and it seems like we're likely not going to go in this direction since we now have the orescores table in MediaWiki-extensions-ORES
