Or are regular outages for tools like edit counter and page stats the new normal? --NeilN

Hi @Ancheta_Wis , before the Bugzilla migration, specific problems about Tool Labs should be reported in Bugzilla (Wikimedia Labs > Tools)

PS: associating this orphan task with SRE , as a first approach.

Was reported in bugzilla, author notified, etc. Note that this is also about one particular tool rather than toollabs as a whole.
