Seeing as CU, OS and that functionary stuff is typically associated with that project, I'll add it there as well.
But remeber: If you use a proxy (typically to reach a wiki at labs), the IP is always the proxy IP, not the "real" IP of the user, if you check him (so all users have the same IP)

OK, that makes sense. 'work on tools' is still pretty vague, though -- my question about wiki hosting is because that's an example of something that can't easily be done on toollabs.
I'm pretty sure this is going to be hosting testwikis to test improvements to MW.
I'm hoping we can avoid calling it anythingtools to avoid some confusion :D
@lfaraone any objection to calling the project "cuos" so the overloaded "tools" word isn't part of the name?
