In Arabic Wikipedia (code:ar), [[ar:Special:Listusers]] can't be filtered by user groups. When choosing, for example, the sysop group and pressing Go, an error message appears which reads: "The requested page title was invalid, empty, or an incorrectly linked inter-language or inter-wiki title. It may contain one or more characters which cannot be used in titles." (which is the Badtitletext message). This bug and Bug 10393 started only yesterday when MediaWiki was upgraded to r23492.
