Because of the avro serialization issue we cannot backfill hadoop. The data has been lost. Will remove those rows for now but will try imputing and make a note.

@mpopov This doesn't seem to be done, as there's no note on the dashboards about why the data is missing. I'm moving this back to the backlog.
