Semantic search : Provide a search filter for semantic search and a dedicated page to view logged in users' shell access requests.

Description

Its quite a tedious task to fiddle go through pagination while search for shell access requests . I understand that usernames are not provided besides the table rows for security purposes . Alteast , we can make provisions so that users can check their own requests. Not everyone prefers to edit queries .

You can add the username to the results by clicking on "[Edit query]" and adding "?Shell Request User Name" to the "Additional data to display" box.

Users rarely have to file shell access requests because shell access is not useful on its own, so if someone did, they would very likely find their request in their "Contributions".

Where did you find the link that you quoted?

I was looking out to request for shell access and the docs lead me there . I don't remember any specific detail now .

Well , atleast we can add some sort of instructions somewhere , maybe a popup or a wikipage .
