Description

We would like to remove the LegacyPageviews dashboard from vital signs, and stop using the aggregator(https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-aggregator) to generate the old pageviews data.

Steps:

Disable the dashboard on Vital Signs
Stop the aggregator from generating data and archive/deprecate the source code repo.
Keep the data as is in the data repositories (https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-aggregator-projectview-data/https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-aggregator-data)

Stop the aggregator from generating data and archive/deprecate the source code repo.

The code that generates the new and old pageviews is the same one (they just source different files) so *i think* no deprecation is needed.
