How can I get the ellipses points to show up in my notification panel?

@MtDu: you need

  1. Enable Beta - 'Enhanced notifications' feature
  2. then if other user will do some actions

(edit, reply, mention, thanks) on other wiki(s) you'll receive bund;ed notifications where ellipses will be present.
