We'd like to add a button in the app to take the user to a (external) page where donations can be made. The logic of determining whether donations can be accepted from the user's country will be made by the back-end of the webpage (the button will always be present in the app). The link that the apps should use is:
...where <app-version> is the current version of the app, and <langcode> is the language code of the app chrome, to comply with https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Language

Assuming there's a typo in the iOS url: the "appp" part, seeing as how the Android url has "app". @JMinor?
'Restyle settings!' (https://github.com/wikimedia/wikipedia-ios/pull/457) has not yet implemented "Support Wikimedia" option ? I do not see it in 5.0.0 (688).
Checked with 5.0.0 (690) on iPad mini iOS 8.2 and iPhone 6 iOS 9.0.
