Description

This will allow it to be reused elsewhere without hard-coding.

Currently, it's relying on the default port, and 6081 being copied a bunch of places.

We don't actually use port 6081 in production puppetization anyways, so I'm not sure what this is about? Related is T119396 which is a bit stale and dated.
