"Ghost" connection of redirects with Wikidata items

Description

Some [redirect] pages in Wikipedia have a "ghost" connection with Wikidata items, seen only from history of page (&action=history). When you check item you see there is no sitelink to them.

Examples.

access https://ro.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ustilago_nigra&action=history and see in left sidebar for Wikidata item (= Q5432714). This page is redirect to Tăciunele zburător negru al orzului that is connected in >WD:Q5432714 (False loose smut)

https://ro.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Phragmites_australis&action=history in left you can see connection to Wikidata item (= Q28557). But this page is a redirect to https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuf and only redirect target is connected in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q28557

I encountered this bug through a Quarry query, and previous also noticed similar cases. Probably page_props table (WHERE pp_propname = wikibase_item) is/was not updated always

I looked into this a bit and did a few page moves myself, but couldn't reproduce this under regular conditions.

The issues laid out here can probably be addressed by fixing T107722 as the issue that task addresses cause updates from Wikidata to sometimes not being applied to client wikis (Wikipedias etc.). Close as duplicate?

one more example, a redirected category https://ro.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Categorie:Filozofia_%C5%9Ftiin%C5%A3ei&action=history
seems to be connected to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q14481860
but this item was merged and redirected to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q7235936 one week ago
