Description

I blogged on my private blog: https://blogs.gnome.org/aklapper/2016/01/28/wikimedia-google-code-in-2015/

Someone could and should take over (some of) that content to the official Wikimedia blog, I think.
Someone could also take one or two statements from our 35 GCI mentors by re-using some feedback from T123134 once received and re-checked.

Thanks for writing this Andre. I'll get the rest of the "blog team"'s comments on possibly porting it over.

I suppose the hard deadline would probably be February 8 based on the Code-In's timeline.

Clarification: We'd have to wait until Feb 08 only if we want to name the 2 Grand Prize winners and 3 finalists in the WM Blog post.

We're going to get this post out this week or this weekend on the blog. The winners may be in a new blogpost on the 8th.

Google asks for one (or multiple?) wrap up posts for them to republish. I guess we should recommend https://blog.wikimedia.org/2016/01/28/wikimedia-google-code-in/ and then maybe https://blog.wikimedia.org/2016/02/20/my-walk-with-wikimedia/
