Automatically deploy Wikimedia portals to Beta Cluster

Description

Hi, the Portals team would like to have their wikimedia/portals repo automatically deployed to Beta Cluster. Currently, it requires a manual pull of mediawiki-config/portals.

Since the live hacks made on beta cluster got removed automatically and we now rebase ( T126061 ), that means to me Wikimedia portals automagically deploy/refresh itself whenever a change is merged on operations/mediawiki-config.git

Sounds like this task can thus be marked as resolved.
