The current error message when donors attempt an online donation larger than $10k asks donors to contact giving@wikimedia. I checked with @CaitVirtue and a better contact would be benefactors@wikimedia.org. This is not an urgent request as the number of donors affected is small, but they're definitely donations we want to expedite.
