jcrespo set Security to None.

Enough time has passed since they were depooled and the new servers, pooled with no incident reported. They can be stopped/deleted/etc with no loss.

@RobH do you have any input on this (need for datacenter space/set them as spare vs. unrack them?). I am assigning to you, but you can give it me back to me or anyone else/up for the grabs, with "proceed with regular decom cycle". The parts may be interesting, too (SSDs). You probably will want to account them, at least. These were substituted by the leased pc100[456].

pc1001-1003 are CISCO servers and will be unracked. I am not sure if we
will be able to use the disks in anything else but they will be removed and
the original cisco disk put back in.

I will start the decom, then, later assign it to @Cmjohnson for in-person steps. Low until space is needed soon.

Please note that pc1001-1003 & labsdb1001-1003 are the last 6 remaining cisco systems in use. As such, this task is a blocker for T103374.

I have done all tasks related to puppet/salt/alerting and shutdown the hosts.

There are some pending tasks for cleaning up puppet, but they are not directly related to these hosts (only clean up, not a blocker for hardware) https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/274076/ I am unsure some things related to a script. Reviewers are welcome.

I have not yet removed entries from dns, management and main (they can be added to that patch).
