CX Dashboard in Arabic wiki has vertical overflow of translation titles

(In arWP,) if the S and T titles are long enough to line-break, the rest of the elements in the box (progress bar, last update and SL/TL) overflow out of the box and it gets messy. The box should be responsive to height.

This was dealt with while working on T176663. Here is current look for suggestions on arwiki from English to Arabic. It has one source title overflowing into two lines.

I'm not sure if alignment of descriptions is expected. @Amire80, can you comment on that?
