Prepare mathoid for the codfw switchover

Description

We need to be able to operate mathoid when we do switch over to codfw. This can be accomplished in two ways (which are not mutually exclusive):

Install a service cluster in codfw (outside of the scope of the goal)
Prepare the mathoid configuration to be easily switched over when we change the master datacenter

I honestly do not understand the context.

@Physikerwelt the context is that the operations team wants to switch all services from one datacenter, the one in (eqiad) to another (codfw) for at least 48 hours to test a full fail-over

Mathoid is now installed and working correctly in codfw as well.
