Description

Only a few mass messeges sent out. Zero in queue.
Important note: Has been sent out multiple times unsuccessfully :

This is probably a dupe of T124414, I can re-trigger the messages from the server like last time (T124441), but a) there's a good chance they'll just fail again, and b) if multiple people tried sending it using the same list, those users will get duplicate notifications.

I'm on vacation/at a conference right now, so I don't really have the time/ability to look into this or fix it. If you need the notification to be sent out soon, I would recommend finding a bot operator to send it out or use AWB. Sorry :(

Please note , we have removed the users from the list who have already received the message so if the process restart, no one will get duplicate message.

Please delete all failed msg from queue to prevent duplicates.
