[Bug] Fix order of additional languages

Description

Currently the order of additional languages is quite random. It should be ordered by either language code or language name in the user's language.

Does it make sense to order by language code?

.@Lydia_Pintscher would prefer to order by language name but language code is also ok. I decided to order by language code first because that's simple and doesn't cost much performance. However, we may think about ordering by the languages' names as well.
