When I look at any page where there is a list by letters (say, a list of articles in a category), I see no space between the letter heading and the "continues" (for me, "συνεχίζεται..."). In looking at the other translations for listingcontinuesabbrev, they all appear to have a leading space, but this entry does not. (I see this in MediaWiki 1.9.3, and also in branch 1.10 in svn. I encountered this problem on en.wiktionary.org.)
