It's important to have data on our products so that we know how well they're doing at serving the needs of our users. The completion suggester was launched in an early state as a beta feature without much quantitative logging, which was fine for the initial release, but is unsustainable in the long term.

This task is an epic to track the work that needs to take place to implement logging in order to measure how well the completion suggester is doing.
