Buurow Increase length of window to evaluate lag [1 pts]

Description

Burrow evaluates lag in length window of 10 offsets by default. We are committing offsets every second, this frequency would make us evaluate lag every 10 secs which seems too frequent.

We are working on changing the length window default to 100.
