Troubleshoot KVO for random section. Occasionally becomes unobserved after it is loaded causing random refresh not to work (article is fetched but table is not updated)

Description

Repro steps:

  • load feed and scroll to random and see that random refresh works
  • close app by pressing home button
  • restart app by tapping app icon
  • now placeholders will appear in feed and random refresh will work, but only update visually if you scroll random way offscreen and then back onscreen

Checked with 5.0.0 (684) on iPad mini iOS 8.2 and iPhone 6 iOS 9.0 - 'Random' section gets promptly populated with a new random article after re-launching the app.
