Hi, how is the bonding period going? We are a week away from the official start of the program (9 December). By that day you are supposed to have published a report of this first phase, explaining how was your landing and your first meeting(s) with your mentors, and including links to your plan agreed with your mentors and your newly created Phabricator project (T75992).
According to our experience in previous rounds, this first report is important because it helps stressing any problems in communication with your mentors and common understanding (T1253).
