Description

Unable to enter a small image size for panorama size image.

Testcase:

Go to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Raymond/lp
Open VE
Edit the second image (line 3 of the table)
Go to "Advances settings"
Try to enter "120" in the first field of "image size"

Result: 1 is deleted immediatly, it is impossible to enter any number with a leading 1.
