Description

mw1037 decided to die (from a faulty disk, it appears) in the day I was decommissioning it from live traffic.

Since this is a very old machine and we planned to decommission it anyways, I guess we should directly decom it now.

I powered the server down and I am going to remove it from puppet/etc
