Description

When trying to enable the Math extension on wikitech, the extension tried to use the texvc executable, not found.

Mathoid isn't currently configured to be used for Wikitech either.

@Krenair suggests "there's some multimedia include for wikitech somewhere in puppet that *may* be the appropriate place to put texvc"
