Description

The gadget itself is tracked in T119477. We want to have the gadget setup as an experimental gadget in enwiki, ready to be used once the user opts in.

When James and Leila discussed, they agreed that 2016-02-22 is reasonable as a deadline for this task.

I'm declining this task in light of new work in this space (T245330). Happy to discuss how to bring link recommendation to VE outside of the newcomer workflows if there's interest in the future.
