Description

The entry point to the gadget is from http://tools.wmflabs.org/navlink-recommendation/
Once the user clicks on Add links, they should be taken to the gadget. The design of the gadget is explained below:

If the user has not opted in to the gadget, we want to take the user to the user preferences page and describe to the user that he/she should opt-in before being able to work with the gadget.

When James and Leila discussed, they agreed that 2016-02-22 is reasonable as a deadline for this task. This will give us enough time to test the gadget and analyze the results before the end of the quarter to help us with planning for the following quarter.

@Ashwinpp let's review the gadget in terms of the UI available together, and see what/if anything needs to be changed in the current UI before the first release.
