From "Content is available under CC BY-SA 3.0" with wikilink to our copy of the license to
"Text is available under CC BY-SA 3.0 unless otherwise noted." (follow up after T100335, since only the text is under that license, not the images) and have an external link to Creative Commons copy of the license.
Perhaps check mobile web/normal web how they do it?

I'd recommend using this text, consistent with the mobile web:

Well, the app dosn't "note" image's licenses (directly), but link to another place where it is noted...
(One of the reasons not to use the internal link to ENWP's copy of the license, is that not everyone speaks ENglish. Better to link to CreativeCommons, that has official translations etc.)
Updated priority to reflect that this ticket is only about fixing the clipped text, not the content of the string.
