Let's do a quick check before going down a rabbit hole to see what impact if any stripping references will have

Ensure this doesn't clash with T126390
Enable MFLazyLoadImages on beta and stable (at same time)
Use script to measure impact on beta cluster post-change for both with respect to webpagetest.enwiki-bc-mobile-2gslow.anonymous.Barack_Obama.us-east-1.Google_Chrome-emulateMobile.firstView and webpagetest.enwiki-bc-mobile-beta-2gslow.anonymous.Barack_Obama.us-east-1.Google_Chrome-emulateMobile.firstView

Measuring on the beta cluster does not seem to be proving useful and will not tell us anything we do not already know from tests on labs instances. We need to be able to run analysis in production.
