Done. This (and the similar code for resolved labels) filters out tranches that have 0 points, because the labels would overlap. In consequence, something that went to 0 in the past won't be labeled, but it should be present as a non-zero tranche in Resolved, so the color will still be labeled somewhere on the chart. The only thing that won't be labeled is a tranche that had Open tasks that all got Invalid or Declined, with none ending up Resolved.
