Description

Repro steps

Change "Wikipedia project" setting
Go back to "Explore"

Expected results

Nearby, random, & main page all point to the newly-selected project.

Actual results

All are still pointing at the previously chosen site, and won't refresh until the feed refresh timer expires:

For example, after changing from Spanish to English, sections are still displaying content from SP wiki

This now works as expected.

Note of clarification: we separated the main language setting from the serch language choice. Basically the "main" language should be the left most option on search and should be the source of feed contents. If the user switches to another language ''via the search bar'' that does not "promote" that language to be the "main" language.
