Reactivate Civi Login for Engage User

Description

We are going to have a change in the Engage staff that manages our account. Angie Leon already has a Civi login, but has since been deactivated due to inactivity. Can you please reactivate her credentials for this transition? Thanks very much!

@LeanneS can you ask if this person can get to the login screen? If they can, they just need to be reactivated. Otherwise they need a cert and that will take a little longer.

Her actual account is still active - if she can get to the site (has the certificate) it should work

@Eileenmcnaughton She tried, but received an error message that the website declined to show the webpage.

OK - so it's the certificate that she doesn't have - that one comes from @Jgreen - he's away this week unfortunately

@Eileenmcnaughton and @DStrine Is there anyone else that can generate the certificates while @Jgreen is away? With the staff changes, they need more logins to complete our volume of work and will need these asap to get everything done in a timely manner for us. Thank you!

Hi everyone, we made it back at 3:30 AM after a very long return trip. I'm too exhausted to be very useful today, so I'm going to try to get the urgent stuff (mainly ssl client certs for Engage users) done and otherwise take a PTO day.

Angie's # isn't on that list, we need that so I can send the password to unlock the SSL cert.

Yes, I've made the request for her number and am waiting to hear back. I just didn't want to hold up letting you know the users. I will let you know as soon as I've been able to add to Collab. Thanks for your help.

Also, as a note, they are on the East Coast, so I believe they've already left for the day. I will provide first thing in the morning if I don't hear today.

apparently that's a land line, I can't send an SMS to it

@Jgreen Angie confirmed that it is her cell number. Could you try the number again, or is there another option for getting the certificate to her?
