Description

Repro steps

Go to 'Developer settings' - Explore - enable Continue Reading - 'Always show'
View an article - leave the app.
Return to the app - the last viewed article will be displayed.
Go to Explore - no 'Continue reading'

Next time, in step 2, force the app to close - restart the app: the article will be displayed. Go to Explore - 'Continue reading' will be displayed.

Expected results

'Continue reading' with 'Always show' should be displayed every time a user after reading an article goes to Explore.

Actual results

'Continue reading' displayed on Explore page only after the app was re-launched after being forced to close.
