Did you create this task using a script or tool? The formatting has gone a bit weird...

This came from T121936, as part of work on cross-wiki notifications. The people I added might know the answers to the questions.

The qqq documentation uses {{ProjectNameDocumentation}}, which needs to go into more detail.

I used the link in "Need more help?Ask for more information" of translatewiki.net

I saw the weird formatting and decided not to fix it manually but rather have that done on the level where it came from. Maybe, the recent upgrades to phabricator do not pay well with the data that translatewiki.net sends? Should that be a task on its own?

Yes. I fixed typos and grammar etc. of that message but I can only guess what is missing contentwise.

This has been broken either by Phabricator update or the redirect that was added for file a task URL.

As for the actual question, these are supposed to be used stand-alone (heading or similar) , not embedded in sentences.
