I notice that the improvement of T125617: Wasted whitespace and inconsistent alignment of edit button does not apply to the edit button in the first section.

@TheDJ yeah this is a pending issue. my plans were to move the pencil below the first paragraph with a sentence that says "Improve this article" which ties the meaning of pencil and will increase interest in editing articles. the text wrapping done here results in random uncontrolled whitespaces for the first paragraph and is a bad typography practice.
