Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open VE
Click on Insert option from the toolbar

3.Without closing it, open some other menu like bullet list or heading style

Observe that, the menu options are not getting closed properly leaving part of their imprint behind after opening another one.

This is fixed in wmf.15 and wasn't broken in wmf.13, but I can't quite see what change in OOUI is at fault (assuming that's where the issue is).

It's a Chrome rendering bug, I suppose. For me, the same thing often happens with the "Notices" popup.
