For the record, to find wget-able URLs for files in phabricator, open the file page and your browser's developer console on the network tab, click 'Download file' and cancel the download, copy the link to the file from the network log.

Alternatively, inspect the 'Download file' element and look at the parent form element's action attribute.

@Krenair: I'm not sure how to get to "wget-able URLs", how are they suppose to look like?

Any URL that points to the actual target file you are trying to download. The problem I often encounter with people trying this process is that, instead of linking to the actual files they want directly, they send me links to file description pages, login forms (which are problematic regardless of whether I have an account or not), etc.

In this case, you sent me to a Phabricator file description page, from which I then had to figure out how to extract the real file URL.

Oh OK it is referring to the txts, I thought it was about the videos.
