Create a new task, and add it to a project that has a workboard whose default column is in natural (manual) order. Traditionally, the task has always been inserted at the top of the list automatically. Now it is being inserted at an unpredictable location within the list.
This was noticed during testing before the big phab upgrade. Upstream said it was a bug, and we believe they fixed it. We need to implement that fix in our instance.
