WMF has wicipediacymraeg.org but no certificate for it. see the cert error on https://wicipediacymraeg.org/
Just like with wikiknihy.cz on T127573 we would like to deactivate this and park the domain name to avoid the cert issue and
because we have doubts this is used enough to justify spending money on it to put it on a certificate.
It would be great if somebody could reach out to the "cy"/Welsh community and talk about this. Preferably get an OK that we can deactivate it.
