Right now the phrase "In more languages" sits on top of the languages box (with label, description, aliases). As part of the "all defined langs" effort, a "more languages" also showed up below the box.

At the minimum, one of the "more languages" boxes should say something different.

A more ambitious change would consolidate them e.g. into a bar with '"in babel languages" | "in defined languages" | "hide"' for a user to pick from, where each quoted phrase acts on the set to show (or hide) the set as applicable. Or, as with the recent efforts related to the watchlist, use a (proper) set of form inputs.
