This series of edits removing several descriptions (which were incorrect) took several seconds to execute, most of which was visible in table. As in, I could visibly see the Javascript remove each description and revert to the "please insert description here" terminology over a several-second timeframe.
May be related to the desire in T75319: Batch multiple entity-changes in one request, or may be due to the Javascript loading of the "load more languages" related table, or some other reason.

The visual clutter is now removed, but it's still slow and T75319 describes the solution for this. So I believe this report here is still valid.
Note that this is hard to test because you run into limits blocking you from doing to many edits to fast.
The "even more languages" a.k.a. "all entered languages" feature is not to blame. It just makes this much more visible because you can edit much more languages the same time.
