When there are no local notifications, the cross-wiki bundle text copy needs to be adapted avoiding the word "more".
For example, the copy of a cross-wiki bundle which has messages from two different wikis will be:

Varying the message is pretty convoluted in the codebase. Any chance we can come up with a message that works for both cases?
Since users already have other read messages in the local wiki, the current message is not completely disorienting.
I think we can keep using the current message and reconsider it if we find it problematic as it is used more widely.
