As echo gets used for more and more things, we start to wonder if anons should also receive notifications.

I have no idea what the answer is, and I don't follow echo development very closely, so maybe other's have already thought this through. It seems like something we should have a plan about - Either we definitely don't want it, or we should decide what we want in the ideal world (Even if we don't do it now)

Anyways, I think this should be thought about more, possibly as part of or prior to T128351.
