Description

3D-peek on an article from the Explore tab [Figure 1]
It is now impossble to press the status bar to scroll to the top

Figure1:

Cannot reproduce with 5.0.0.775.
Can reproduce with 5.0.0.790.

Testing criteria:

peek an article on the explore feed and pop to the article
return to explore feed from the article view
tap status bar at very top of screen
ensure explore feed scrolls to top

peek an article on the explore feed but don't press so hard that it pops to the article and lift finger so explore re-appears
tap status bar at very top of screen
ensure explore feed scrolls to top

Note: a different code path is responsible for each test case above, so please ensure both are tested.
